The Fusion 11ft is made with The Paddle Co. Drop stitch fusion construction offering a more lightweight but stiffer board. It benefits from:

What is Fusion?

Fusion is the premium paddle board construction technology. The top and bottom sheets of drop stitch have two layers of fabric that are permanently bonded to each other, a layer of PVC is then fused to the outside of this double ply fabric. The resulting board is significantly more rigid and stronger.

Benefits of Fusion

STIFF AT LOWER PRESSURES – Fusion construction has resulted in the board being stiffer at lower pressures. We recommend a pressure of between 15-17PSI. Allowing less time pumping and more paddling.

ENHANCED DURABILITY – The Fusion construction results in our toughest board yet, giving you greater peace of mind.

A CLEAN FINISH – Fusion construction allows for a smooth cosmetic finish. The board look cleaner, smoother and even feel better to the touch.

WEIGHT-SAVING BUT STABLE – Our 11ft Fusion board is lighter than our previous 11ft, yet offers a grounded stable position to paddle from.
